Sixty-six villas, every one with a pool of its own, spread across a thirty-two-hectare estate on the quiet south-western coast — with the Kizimkazi dolphin boats about twenty minutes down the road.
The Residence holds a large, sheltered estate on the south-west of the island, well away from the busier beach strips. All sixty-six villas stand alone and each has its own pool, laid out along a long run of white sand under coconut palms. A glass-walled infinity pool anchors the middle of the resort, the spa occupies five acres of planting, and Kizimkazi village — where the dolphin trips leave from — is roughly twenty minutes by car.
