About these terms
These terms apply to your use of wildtouchafrica.com. By using the site you accept them. If you go on to book a safari, the separate Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy also apply.
Who we are
The site is operated by Wildtouch Tours & Travel, an owner-managed safari operator based at Rehani House, 10th Floor, Koinange Street, Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us at bookings@wildtouchafrica.com.
Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
Our content
The text, design and layout of this site belong to Wildtouch or our licensors. Photography is licensed from third parties and credited on our image credits page. You may not copy or reuse our content without our permission.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site current, but itineraries, availability, seasonal notes and any indicative prices can change, and wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance; a safari is confirmed only in writing once your booking is agreed.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. We will respond with a tailored proposal, and any booking is then subject to our Booking Terms.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites (for example a partner, review site or weather source), we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its general information. Services we arrange are covered by the Booking Terms and by the suppliers’ own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to your use of this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
