One of the oldest properties in the park, perched on a bluff above the Tarangire River with what is widely regarded as one of the finest viewpoints in the whole park - elephants and game often visible from your veranda.
Tarangire Safari Lodge enjoys a spectacular escarpment position overlooking the river, where animals gather year-round. Accommodation is in simple, comfortable safari tents and bungalows under thatch, with an unpretentious, classic-safari feel. It remains a firm favourite for its location and the sheer density of wildlife visible right from camp.
