A small, exclusive camp tucked away in a remote acacia grove on the edge of the Gursi Swamp in the quiet south-west of the park, with its own waterhole and resident game well away from the main game-drive circuit.
Sanctuary Swala is an intimate luxury tented camp set among acacia and baobab trees, far from the busier northern sector of Tarangire. Each spacious tent is raised on a wooden platform with a private deck overlooking the plains, and the camp's waterhole draws elephants and other game throughout the day. It offers a genuinely secluded, high-end bush experience with attentive service and excellent guiding.
